Latrobe Valley Umpires Association provides AFL umpires to competitions in and around the Latrobe Valley.

The Latrobe Valley Umpires Association

The LVUA is a combination of our senior panel, based at Morwell’s Maryvale Oval, and our junior panel, based at the West End Sporting Complex in Traralgon.

Our umpires love what they do and are a close and highly supportive team.  Every member is encouraged to achieve at their own level and there are opportunities for all ages and levels of fitness in the disciplines of field, boundary and goal.  Umpires are reimbursed for their game time and, in many cases, their travel and registration costs are minimal.

INCLUSIVE FAMILY ENVIRONMENT

Latrobe Valley Umpires Association welcomes members of all ages, abilities and backgrounds.  One of the highlights of our sport is the ability for young and old to work together on the field, leading to a number of family groups umpiring together with us.

We also pride ourselves on a child safe environment, and promote participation for females in the sport as well, through encouraging female umpires and ensuring provision to Womens and Girls’ Football.

Would you like to get your child into a sport and cheer them on from on the field and share the experience with them?  Contact us and find out more.
